Author Submission Guidelines

Please review these guidelines thoroughly before submitting your manuscript to ensure adherence to academic integrity and formatting standards.

1. Submission Preparation

• File Formats: Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format (preferred) or Microsoft Word (.docx).
• File Size Limit: Maximum file size is 25 MB per submission.
• Originality: Submissions must represent original, unpublished research not currently under review elsewhere.
• Anonymization (Blind Review): If your conference mandates double-blind review, ensure author names and affiliations are removed from the PDF text and metadata.

2. Author Information & Co-Authors

During the submission process, the primary submitter must declare all contributing co-authors, including their full legal names, active email addresses, academic or industry affiliations, and countries of residence. Corresponding authors must be marked appropriately.

Upon receiving an Accepted notification, authors must submit a final camera-ready version incorporating any reviewer feedback prior to the camera-ready deadline.
